Details of Haunted Place :
The Most Haunted Home In All of Wales
Llancaiach Fawr is a manor house that sits in the village of Nelson in South Wales. A living example of history, it gets visitors from all over the world who want to come and see this house, which serves as an example of England during the English Civil War. Built in 1530, it is also well-known among ghost enthusiasts for being one of the most, if not the most, haunted house in all of Wales.
The home has had several ghostly occurrences happen, many of which cause visitors to either scratch their heads at what they just saw, or run from the home in complete terror.
Among some of the ghostly events that are said to occur at Llancaiach Fawr include children playing throughout the rooms when there are no children presents. A cot reportedly will rock by itself in one room, and two ghostly apparitions will walk the halls. The ghostly figures are described as a maid and a soldier.
Many visitors also report strange smells, even in groups where only a couple will smell something, but the rest of the group will not.
Llancaiach Fawr is indeed one haunted place.
